The 2023 Wrangler, with its legendary curb appeal and seven-slot grille, comes in 12 standout trim levels. These include the high-end Rubicon 392 20th Anniversary Edition, the all-new limited-time High Tide Edition, and the military-themed Freedom Edition with unique exterior decals and badging. The High Tide model is based on the Sport S trim and features a body-color hardtop.
Jeep sets the mighty range-topping Rubicon 392 apart with 17-inch wheels and optional 35-inch tires for water-fording and extreme off-roading. It boasts a 20th-anniversary edition decal package, steel bumpers, and formidable heavy-duty rock sliders. Jeep replaces the Snazzberry exterior paint color with Earl, a light gray with a slight aquamarine hue, and unveils Reign, a striking purple shade, for a limited time in 2023.
Engine (Power)
Jeep offers a wide selection of engines for the 2023 Wrangler, including a diesel engine, a turbocharged option, a commanding V-8, and a fuel-efficient hybrid. All models come standard with four-wheel drive, and most motors pair with a smooth-shifting eight-speed automatic transmission. Some models offer a six-speed manual gearbox. The high-performance Rubicon 392 flaunts a 470-horsepower 6.4-liter V-8 with 470 pound-feet of torque. Drivers can choose between a 3.6-liter V-6 or a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine for all two-door Wranglers.
